Return Policy

Because all products are shipped from and returned to China, our return procedures must follow international logistics requirements.

We aim to make the process as smooth as possible while staying transparent about what is and isn’t possible.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, but only if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is incorrect or significantly not as described

Returns for change of mind are not accepted due to international shipping constraints.

Return Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition received

  • With all accessories/manuals included

Return Shipping

Because returns are sent back to our supplier warehouse in China:

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • For defective/incorrect items, we will cover or reimburse return shipping costs (rarely needed because suppliers often allow photo-based verification instead of physical return)

Some suppliers may authorize a refund without requiring the item to be shipped back, depending on the issue.

How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos/videos showing the problem

We will reply within 48 hours with the next steps.

Inspection & Approval

Once your return is received:

  • Inspection takes 3–5 business days

  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 3–10 business days to your original payment method
